Through innovative LED technology, the NKFG commercial UV LED air disinfection module DAV1 generates ultraviolet light in a mercury-free and non-toxic manner, targeting airborne particles for efficient disinfection. DAV1 is characterized by its robustness, shock resistance, energy efficiency, and lightweight design. It features an intuitive panel for clear and easy understanding, along with button-based operation for simplicity. It can be easily customized with various filters for quick installation and removal, providing businesses with a stable and efficient disinfection solution. This results in cost savings in management, reduced maintenance time, and lower maintenance expenses, without the need for significant modifications to existing equipment.
DAV1 is suitable for large venues with high foot traffic such as shopping centers, food courts, office buildings, medical facilities, hotels, and fitness centers. It accommodates various concealed air conditioning sizes and offers customizable designs, ensuring comprehensive disinfection and enhancing environmental protection efforts.
Utilizing innovative LED technology, it generates ultraviolet light in a mercury-free and non-toxic manner. The lamp size is Φ25mm(D) × 590mm(L), and each lamp contains 8 UVC LEDs arranged in 4 series of 2 parallel. It operates at a constant current of 700mA. Quartz lamps are commonly used in AHU large air conditioning systems with moisture and vertical air conditioners. By irradiating the filter with ultraviolet light, it effectively disinfects the surface of the filter and the flowing air.
DAL1 can be customized according to customer requirements for circuit design, electronic control, indicator lights, timers, etc. Currently, it has been installed in shopping centers, food courts, AHU large air conditioning systems in medical institutions, and vertical air conditioners in office buildings. When irradiating a 60(cm) × 60(cm) filter, the actual test showed an 84.46% reduction in colony count before and after the AHU large air conditioning system, equivalent to a 99.98% disinfection rate for COVID-19.
